In 1960 Esther played the role of "Katzia" in "The legend of three and four" 
at the Habima theater in Tel Aviv. There she sang melodies of composer Amiran.

Reviews:

"The poet Leah Goldberg adapted the legend and gave it a dramatic, faithful form, which reduced it, sometimes too much, to the gradual structure." Shraga Friedman, the director, did a great job but was not perfect. And his aspiration to bring up a classic play, which requires a lot of artistic means. Emmanuel Amiran composed the music, he was amazing and his songs and sounds are full of Mizrahi charm.

Esther is a playwright, gentle and sad, singing quietly and calmly. The appearance of Gideon Singer corresponds to the royal figure. His speech is handsome, his poetry is barren and his simple play inspires respect and respect. The appearance of Rodensky, Segal and Rubinczik is amusing and delightful. Rubenchik knows how to discover in the dramatic passages his ability and talents.

"Nachum Buchman appears in the renewed play in the form of King Solomon Gideon Singer, who is indeed a more developed and powerful tenor, but as an actor, his impression is not evident on the stage, and his role has been drastically reduced to a decorative performance. Shlomo Ben-Shavit plays the parrot and is the only one who brings a little humor to the play.

The mimes Shlomo (Sami) Molcho wriggles and whispers like a snake in accordance with his role. An important role is known in a play by composer Immanuel Amiran. Rarely do you hear Arabic sounds and yet are so consistent with the text and the spirit of the play as this time. This is Hebrew music that reverberates in the Bible. The young singer Esther Ofarim (from the "Ofarim" pair), who plays the character of Katzia, plays with grace and delicacy the beautiful melodies of Amiran.
